Advice needed please!!!!!

Hello, I have had my cylinder head rebuilt due to blowing a valve, the car doesn't feel as quick as it used to even its been done a reputable company using original Audi parts. Does the car need to be remapped to standard power.

It is a a3 2.0t dsg box

if the timings correct, theres no air leaks, fault codes and its making correct boost, fuel pressure. all stuff to check!

vac pipes, does it have a variable inlet tract system?

Thanks, I am completley rubbish when it comes to all the above what would be the best way to get this all chcked??
