I currently have an Audi A3 1.6 Special Edition and need some new tyres.

The one's that are currently fitted are 205/55, R16, W

However on Kwik Fit and Halfords when I enter my reg number it says I need, 225/45, R17, H

Which tyre size should I buy?

well last i checked, 17" tyres wont fit on 16" wheels.

kwik fit and halfords? youd be better off here.... Disney Store | Official Site for Disney Merchandise

on a more serious note, try camskill or blackcircles.

On blackcircles.com it says I need, 225/45, R17 H91 (Same as Kwik Fit/Halfords)

Check your handbook, or the sticker inside the drivers door......it will list the correct tyre sizes for your car.

In the A3 owners manual it says 205/55, R16, W91 but I'm not sure whether this is just a generic print. I haven't got a sticker on the inside of the door

my other half's 1.6 special edition has 205/55 r16, we normally stick Dunlop fast response on but the choice is yours

Plus 1 for camskill, £64 for conti sport contact
