Hi can one any tell me what are the exterior differences between the Tdi and S3 Black Edition models.

Hello,
S3 gets side skirts and I think the rear might be a little different. I am sure someone will be along to correct me soon. They def get the skirts though.

the S3 kit has the S3 rear bumper with grey valance, the S3 skirts and a lower front bumper with different fogs and grills.
