Cannot play get MP3 to play

Cannot get mp3 to play on the mmi in
my 07 Audi S3, it's a 4GB TKD SDHC card I am using, any answers out there?

That age of RNS-E head unit cannot take HC SD cards - only Standard SD I'm afraid fella.
