have retro-fitted rnse and bluetooth to my 2007 s3, all fitted and coded by myself.
all working fine for the last year apart from the two errors that show up on a scan under radio and navigation for the ZF short to ground error.
the error never caused any probs apart from a slight weakness in signal.
so somebody bumped into my car and cracked a front light, insurance puts to bodyshop to fit light and it has to go to audi to get distance range coded, but they say they cannot code headlight while the car has the above error and say it is because the rnse isnt coded corectly
they offer to code it correctly for £80 per hour and its a 2/3hour job??
although im almost 100% sure in saying that it is NOT a coding issue and its a hardware issue with the wrong radio amplifier in the bootlid causing the error
audi should be able to code a headlight and ignore the error, surely?
