How desperately do we need a sticky for wheel sizing in 8P?!!!!!!!!!!! We must be getting asked this question 10 times a day.

Who would like to help me out with their wisdom and fill in some blanks. Their input will be immortalised in a sticky within the 8P section which heralds them as the Mac Daddgy G or rimmage!

Something along the format of (or something better if you can think of it)....:

Wheel sizes that will fit an 8P (assuming OEM ride height)

OEM wheel specifics
5 stud pattern, 112 Per centre diameter
Anything else relevent (e.g. OEM ET range 50mm > XXmm)

Assuming OEM ride height:

7.5J
Recommended ET Range: A- B
Ride height recommended range: OEM - XXmm lowered
Recommended tyre sizes: 225/40/18, 215/....

8J
Recommended ET Range: A- B
Ride height recommended range: OEM - XXmm lowered
Recommended tyre sizes: 225/40/18, 215/....

8.5J
Recommended ET Range: A- B
Ride height recommended range: OEM - XXmm lowered
Recommended tyre sizes: 235/35/19, 215/....

9J
Recommended ET Range: A- B
Ride height recommended range: OEM - XXmm lowered
Recommended tyre sizes: 225/40/18, 215/....

Won't fit

Details of any rim sizes that will categorically not fit: (e.g. 9.5J or above)
List of OEM rims that won't fit A3 (TT-RS / A4 & A5 ET35's 19" / etc...)

> Rear wheel arch screw removal - if you get rear rubbing after changing wheels consider removing the rear wheel arch screw at the shutline where the rear bumper meets the rear quarter panel. (see below)
