Hose pipe scratches - best fix?

    Gutted

Found some small scratches on the wing of my car yesterday, clearly from the chuffing hose pipe when I washed it.

What's the best solution to cover them over, my mate suggested colour magic? Or am I best getting some Audi touch up paint and just rubbing some into the offending scratches with a cloth.

    Welcome any suggestions!

If they're from the hose pipe rubbing on your paintwork, I can only assume they're light scratches in the lacquer. If so then try Meguiar's scratch X to polish them out.

It wasn't a hose from one of those pressure washers at a garage, they are sometimes reinforced and scratched my old williams. They didn't come out.

Autoglym Paint Restorer is good and buffs up a treat.

I too recomend the meguiars Scratch X stuff, very good at removing light scratches in paint. Might take a few attempts to get them out though.
