S3 Rear diffuser / fitiment to a 2006 S-Line 3 door

I have found a S3 rear diffuser, which the seller sais will fit a 5 door S3 fine. It is only the central plastic bit, so i'm guessing i would need to buy the surrounding lower bit for the bumper??? Would it fit a 3 door and how expensive would the remaining lower splitter be to get hold of?

Any help would be much appreciated,
