Aluminium Medial inserts on sportsback

The one on my drivers door is marked to hell, very dissapointed, anyone elses suffered this ?

Mine have a few marks and scratches as well.
Aluminium is a soft metal,so it's expected.
Bikes feature a lot of bare aluminium and the best stuff to use is Solvol Autosol.
It's an abrasive paste cleaner,so try and work with the 'grain' of the brushed aluminium.
It'll bring it up a treat.

Are the alu inserts different from the sport and s-line models for the sportback?

Yes; I think they are different...
