About LinkBacksfurther to a question that got answered yesterday, to fit 225 40 18 tyres on a 9j rim would I be able to go to a standard garage to get them fitted or would they have problems due to the slight stretch that would occur?

Any garage will fit them, they may warn you or give you a health and safety lecture but they're a perfectly safe stretch.

Only got some basic Audi tt alloys (I think of the 3.2 litre), just need to order some fk silverlines but it's nothing special!
