Anyone know what this is? All 4 wheels have small marks around the lip, but this one is about 40% of the rim. Looks like it's peeling under the laquer! I wasn't wanting to put them on until the weather cleared a bit so I wouldn't have to bother with a refurb, but since they need one anyway they'll be one early next week.
