Annoying rattle under acceleration, S3

I was wondering if anyone out there can help me please? I have an 07 plate S3 with 65k on the clock. Recently under anything other than gentle acceleration there is a rattle that seems to be coming from the OSF wheel area. Initially I thought it could be the exhaust but that has been ruled out, it is solid. It is only there under acceleration and quiet as a mouse at all other times. On full lock there is no knocking noise from the outer CV joint so I am now stumped.

After replacing the OSF driveshaft including both CV joints and also the subframe dog bone mount the vibration/rattle is still there. The car has just passed it's MOT test. Is anyone able to offer any assistance? I am losing patience with it.
