    Will these alloys fit?

    Hi, I'm new to the forum as I just bought my first Audi the wheels on my car are awfull and I'm away to buy new ones, I did a search but it confused me even more, will these fit my 2004 Audi a3 fsi sport? 18" ALLOY WHEEL AUDI RS4 VW GOLF TRANSPORTER T4 SEAT BLACK POLISHED SET OF 4 | eBay

    Are 8J not too wide? or ok to put on?

    1) You can fit upto a max of 9J with the right offset, tyre choice and suspension geometry

    2) The maximum recommended offset is ET45, although I'd imagine you could just exceed this (maybe ET42 with the right settings / tyres)

    These parameters suggested above are dependent on whether you are running manufacturer specified ride heights or have slammed it on it's arse.

    Whip rear screw out of rear arch liner if you are getting minimal rubbage

    ALWAYS refer to a suspension specialist if you know you are likely to be pushing the limits

    ALWAYS get a full geometry check if you are arsing about with settings (tyre footprint is the only thinkg between you, life and hedge)

    They'll probably be ok but the car will have that distinctive "aftermarket" alloy wheel look about it, as the offset is about 11mm different plus a 1/2" extra width means the wheels will sit out about 17mm more than the average factory alloy. It helps brings the wheels out though which the A3 could do with, particularly on the back axle, the front less-so.

    2008- A3 Sportback/5 door rear black edition bumper with parking holes
    Will swap with no holes sline bumper preferably white
