Resetting Service light/indicator?? How?

Hi guys


Ive only had my car a couple of months,i bought it from a Jag dealer and they serviced it for me as part of the deal, however the service indicator has been counting down and eventually reached zero today and annoyingly will now beep on every start up.

Is there anyway that i can reset this?

Take it to a VAG specialist and get them to do it. Basically it depends on which service regime (fixed interval or longlife) you are on and how old the car is. VCDS will reset the counter but the garage you bought it from should have done it in the first place !

Your service book should tell you what sort of service was carried out.
