18x8 -et44 will fit an s3 sportback with coilovers

I can get a set of bbs ch wheels which i will use during winter times. They ome from a vw gti 30th ed but the et44 worries me a bit.

Will they fit because my speedlines are et48 and just fit but the ch's are 8.5j but i am not sure that makes a difference.

So will et44 fit with 8j

I will run 225/40/18 tires and i am around 4 cm down in kw coilovers.

On what height can you still drive it? Any rubbing?

I didn't pm because i hoped on quite some answers

I'm on air ride, so I run off PSI. You'll have to just see how it goes, either lower/raise.
 
I've been running 8x18 ET43 with 225/40 18 and Bilstein PSS B14 coilovers (not very low though) for some time now and I have no problems... you'll be fine :)
