just been offerd some lowering springs for my 2.0 tdi but there off a quattro

will they fit pls help asap

Dunno if they'll fit or not but if they did go on then I'd imagine your car would sit higher than it should do because it's lighter than a Quattro. Get the correct springs mate, it's not worth the risk of throwing your car off balance to save a few quid. New springs aren't all that expensive anyway, £150'ish.
