traction control problem,iv got the codes just need advice

well just as it gets that i really need to make use of the fact my car has AWD it starts playing up,light came on last night so got the codes of it just now,

16347 - Control Module - EEPROM Error
014 - Defective
02248 - Valve for Controlling Clutch Operating Angle (N373)
