HPA Motorsports in Canada have converted a TT-Forum UK members with twin-turbos, as for the R32. Thread above has, and will, have lots of info quite a few of you would be interested in. Biggest shock (contrary to all the info and problems with TT trannies) is that it seems the DSG box is actually pretty darn strong - more than enough for it to cope with a few extra NM or bhp on a TDI!

Interestingly though, HGP (the german firm that builds the kits that HPA (canada) sells) limits their turbo kit to 400hp on DSG cars...?

That single turbo kit is 12000Euro in germany, and it uses a cheesy head spacer to lower compression! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

And, sorry, a single side mounted iddy-bitty intercooler? I am no engineer, but that sounds like a recipe for heat-soak!
