RNS-E with Shark-Fin

What are the chances of somebody helping me (chargable) in fitting RNS-E (already bought) with shark-fin and coding on A3 2008.

I live around Wolves and can travel around 50 miles area.

I can do the fitting of RNSE and coding however don't fancy drilling the roof to fit the shark fin though
