Afternoon gents...
I have a 05 2.0tdi quattro with no clutch now for some reason...?
i wanted to bleed the brakes and clutch today.. they were ok but a thought they could be better so i started with the clutch so put a hose over nipple and done down...open...close up... there was alot of air coming out so kept on going but now there is no pedal at all, it just flops to the floor...
is there anything i've done wrong or can do?

cheers

You have to keep pumping the pedal, it takes about 50 pumps to get back, took me ages when i did the R32 one.

did mine on saturday, you cant do it by pumping the pedal.

you have to get a bleeding kit that go's on top of the resvoir to push the fluid though the clutch pipes, takes 20 sec this way (tells you this way in the haynes manuel)

hope this helps

only way to bleed is a pressure bleeder all vags seem to be same

Pressure bleeders are still a bit iffy.

I use a vacuum bleeder attached to a compressor. :D
