Hi, I've noticed that the ride has become a bit more crash/bang recently, I know that I have changed my regular route to work & the roads aren't as good, they've got a few pot holes & rough stuff, but I was wondering if the A3 in general has crash/bang suspension or is it just that I have got stiffer suspension & on 18" wheel/tyres, it's a A3 8P S-Line Quattro?

Anybody got any info on this, what are the usuall causes of squeaking suspension, only happens on small humps like speed bumps etc. but now it's getting a bit annouying !!

squeeking is probably ARB bushes mate. My s3 is pretty hard suspension wise

Hard on my S line A3 too, don't mind it really as the harsher the roads the slower i drive which isn't always a bad thing!

I find my A3 SB tdi 170 S line quite crashy over bumps and potholes. have been looking to change the dampers to Koni FSD as a remedy

If it is the ARB bushes, would you go OEM or powerflex?
Are these easy to fit, I did some on my last car (Bora TDi) & it was ok but a bit tight for space :-(
Cheers
