Upgrading stereo unit to sat nav

Hi all, please help!
I have a 2010 a3 with a chorus stereo unit which has bluetooth and I pod lead with the info linked into the DIS. I want to change the stereo for a sat nav unit, whilst keeping the iPod and Bluetooth, how easy is this to do? Will I only need the sat nav unit and the others will connect into it?

If you use the RNS-e I believe you can keep the bluetooth but that you'd need to get the AMI connectors to go with the RNS-e, you can't use the current iPod cables etc.

Don't take that as gospel, though.
 
And if you get an rns-e will need coding to suit what you have installed with it for it to function properly and no fault codes to be thrown up.
