Re-alignment after lowered and spacers?

I've just had the car 4 wheel aligned when I had some new tyres fitted the other week and I am just about to order some Eibach 50mm springs and some spacers.

Will I need to have the car re-aligned?

Yep. Always best to have your wheels aligned after having it dropped.

Do I need to have the car re-aligned after removing spacers if it had been aligned while they were fitted?

I'm having to do some test with my current spacers to try and sort out a vibration issue and was wondering if I would be affecting the alignment if I'm adding and removing spacers.

No.

Wheel offset (ie spacers) wont affect the alignment.

Lowering the car (or raising it) will.
