Help please!! Facelift Brake lights

Hi, I've currently got a 04 a3 tdi 2.0tdi finished in black. After seeing a 2010 a3 facelift I was wondering would it be possible to swap over the brake lights to the current facelift style on my 2004, if so would anyone mind directing me to where I can find a set? Many thanks!
