Been Gone A While! Black Edition Question

Hi all

I've been a member on the forum for years having had an A3 S-Line SB (140) from 2006 - 2008. I then went to BMW (don't hold that against me!) for a couple of years and then got an A4 Avant Black Edition and then went back to BMW again after that!

I'm now thinking about returning to the Audi fold by way of an A3 Black Edition SB.

As I've been away from the A3 for a little while I wondered if you guys could help me?

I am most likely looking for an 09/59 plate model, which as I understand it was the first run of the Black Edition before the new alloys were introduced.

What I would like to know is whether Bluetooth is standard on this model year of Black Edition. It seems to be now, and indeed it was on my A4 but wondered if the 09/59 models were.

Bluetooth only became standard from the end of last year, it wasn't standard when I ordered in June last year anyway.
It's definitely worth getting though.

How about Xenons? Have they been standard all the way through?

Yeah, xenons / LED DRL's are standard along with Bose, tinted windows and darker alloys.

Yeh AMI is an option on all A3s not standard on any.
