First start up of morning problem

Hi Guys, i'm having a slight issue with the car starting up for the first time in the day. It seems like it doesnt want to turn over then fires up after a couple of seconds. This only happens on first start of the day and is fine for the rest of the day. i have already changed all the coilpacks and spark plugs. Tested the battery and seems fine. Is anyone else experiencing or experienced this problem. If so how did you fix it? My next step is starter motor, does anyone know how much roughly it cost to replace one of these. I have a 2006 2.0tfsi. Thanks in advance.
