Spraying S3 rear valance

I have an OEM rear S3 valance/diffuser. When getting it sprayed up, do I get the bodyshop to leave the difusser bit in the matt silver finish? I know that this is the colour that S3's have but wasm't sure if they were painted that colour or whether it was just the finish of the plastic.

I think its just the colour of the plastic, but you can have them painted. Seen an S3 with the diffuser painted gloss black and it looked LOVELY!!

I am very tempted with getting that done, but my car is Lave Grey and wasn't sure if it would just get lost or not.

What colour S3 did you see with a gloss black diffuser?

Your would suit silver .I have seen white s3's difusers painted gloss black .Looks ok

Yeah it was sprint blue. I've got lava grey and have a black grille, doesn't stand out but that's why I like it. Personally gloss black will look awesome!
