How to take care of a leather steering wheel

I just love my leather steering wheel on my Sportback!
What's the best way to care for the wheel, so the leather remains like new?

i usually wash it with wet microfiber once a week to keep the matted look.

gotta keep the oil off to keep it from getting shinny
