Updated airbag covers for S3?

I've got an MY10 S3 with the FBSW. It has the older style airbag cover like in the link below:

2007 Audi S3 - Interior - 1280x960 Wallpaper

Does anyone know if its possible to change it for the newer version you can see in this link:

I know the second link is a Q5 but is has the same steering wheel as the S3

It can be done but the covers are riveted on and they are dotted all round the circumference of the cover - means you will have to drill them out and re-rivet them.

I have yet to do this to mine, just haven't had the time but I am up at my mechanics on saturday so I will see about doing it then!
