Anyone upgraded the dash led on the a3 yet? any tips on how easy it is to take out and also which one to replace it with....something a lot brighter (or a diff colour)......you can hardly notice the crap original one!

I recall seeing a thread somewhere where someone swapped it for a bright blue one. I'll see if I can find it (although I'm not 100% positive it was from ASN).
