S3 - drive to Dartmoor

This weekend's weather was the perfect backdrop to an epic mountain bike ride that I joined my friends for on Dartmoor. I took the S3 along the twisty roads from Bovey Tracey, up to Moretonhampstead and then the top of the moor at the Warren House Inn.

I had the windows down all the way and the gearbox in "Sport" mode - the S3's turbo spool-up and exhaust bark are fantastic straight from the box, especially when there are lots of low walls for the noises to reverberate from. This is why I don't have a sensible diesel!

I've just come back from that neck of the woods! Awesome roads but you do find the odd sheep likes to run out on you

But how frustrating not to be able to fold a roof back and enjoy al-fresco motoring in such lovely warm weather. I hate being cooped up in a little box
