I want to fit a cruise control in Audi A3 2008 Diesel. I have a bought a stalk and trim cover from eBay as per link below, and would like to find out if VCDS (VAG-COM) is the only way of enabling the cruise control on the car? Iâm not keen on spending over £200 on an original Ross-Tech cable with licence. Are there any other cables that I would be able to use with an 8P chassis? All the oneâs I have seen do not support 8P.
