Just bought this so finding out about it as I go. Was planning on just adding a subtle drop, probably just 30mm springs which should give an extra 20mm drop on Sport standard I believe?

Wondering if I could have some ideas... I'm wanting some staggered Rotiform ind-t in in the new year ready for some shows only issue at the moment the rear option is the front: 18" 8.5j et45 rear: 18" 9.5j et35 will the rear fit? Don't mind a tad of poke but will lower as much as possible on those wheels.....

tidy stuff! Didn't think people went for smaller wheels! Looks good though! I want to stick with 18" as the 19" I wanted were 10j so thought that it be a bit of hassle, maybe next wheel I go 19"!I need to see a pic of 18" 9.5j et 35....rear but no spacers

i only went for 17s as it was on audi s line alloys which were 17s when i got it.
its going on air early next year and smaller wheels and air go well together i think , if i go bigger i need to find some thing with an offset that will give me some nice tuck. but thanks for the feed back mate :glee:

That's crap lol!I been told it be fine, oh well!an ideas where the best place to get rotiforms would be? I prob run a bit of camber as I seen people with lass then et 35 and still fine hmm!

you can get rotiforms from car audio security or rim style i think

Yeah I been looking on there but if I was to have staggered I think they are et35, you think if I gave them a call they would know fitment and that?

No belly-dragging here I'm afraid.....

Also I have no idea about offset,so...

kW Clubsport suspension with adjustable topmounts.
H&R ARBs
Superpro bushes and ALK
TD 1.2 alloys 18 x 9
Michelin Supersports or Toyo R888s 245x40x18

Around 2.0 degrees negative camber on the front, and 2.5 on the rear.

One dirty picture....LOL

No rolling,no rubbing and no spacers.

no doubt you could get away with it with loads of camber but you'll run thru tyres like crazy, it always looks good but in reality it's not practicle. Are you running air or coilovers? I had ET35 and ended up chipping some paint off the wheel arch... I've since changed to a higher offset

Yeah, well to be honest I think that's the only way to manage is camber but like you said it isn't practical but again the wheel will be for show use and my neighbour works for quick fit haha! But I think I'd prefer less hassle, I think for me et35 it a bit of a push and I like my paint lol! So what offset you running as you have some pokeage?

The pic I have up is from my ET35, I'm currently ET45. I had originally put 10mm spacers on for a car show and then left them on... that's how I chipped the paint. I could see doing it at a show then removing the spacers

I see GGG 666! I would like too run them for summer and shows! Just et45 won't have any staggered fitment unless spacers grrr! Done an offset on will it fit and well seems ok but no idea on how much it will poke lol! I just want more concave on the rear... will call them Josh....

4052 This is my old set up, 19x9.5 rear ET35 and 19x8.5 ET35 front.... way too much poke
20140601 153026 Heres my new one 19x8.5 ET 45 front and rear (I also used spacers on this set up for shows)

I get what you're saying, it's difficult to find the happy medium between fit and function but I think I finally got it. You'll have to do some thinking I guess

See your point there! But have to say a bit of camber and those 35s would look good, but if I do go this way I have 45 front, yeah exactly my point! I can go 45 rear on the same wheels just no concave, either way once I have them I will do whatever to run them, that happy medium is a tough one as I like the perfect fitment only other way is laser cut lol! Will have to have a think for sure!
