The only difference between 2011 ones and earlier B pillar covers is that the earlier ones are matte black and 2011 ones are glossy Piano Black. I've done this mod on my 3 door. x

Only thing to watch on the 3dr is when drilling out the rivets, I will make a point of trying to remove the whole piece as I suspect going round corners you may get a small tiny metal tinging noise from the bits drilled throigh that have dropped into the pillar cavity, I need to take the interior area trim of to check behind, hopefully should be possible to grab at same time.

Baws! The wee rear triangle on mine has went a bit white and crinkly at the front edge. I was going to replace it but that job looks like a total ball ache. I thought it would just pop off or something. ****** Germans and their over engineering.
