Passenger side seat creeking help!

Hi guys, had a quick read through the forum and couldn't really find the answer.
Basically, the passenger side seat when someone sits down there is an annoying creaking noise, especially when accelerating and braking, any ideas how to get rid of this?

Check your bolts that hold the seat to the car. I have this problem but when no one is in the seat grrrrr I seem to have traced it to the head rest but have been told it is the actual seat that is moving at the bolts!
 
Cheers mate I'll have alook when I finish work, luckily it's not Happening when no ones sitting in it
 
Check its not the seat belt holder rubbing on the side of the seat.
