2.0 TFSI what turbo?

Just been looking at a 2.0 TFSI for next year when I have a few grand to put down on a car. All I can find is that they are K03, the same turbo on my current AGU?! It must be uprated somehow? Or would my spare K03s I have bolt on and give it more power?

Yup they're k03, though not like the turbos on the 8l shape. The k03 (20T A3) and k04 (S3 8P) both have the exhaust manifold and turbine housing cast as one. As per Image

The K03 on the 1.8T is different to the one on the 2.0TFSI, but for some reason Borg Warner give em the same code. As mentioned your ko3s would not be compatible with this engine.

Doesn't surprise me really, I'll still be looking at one next year
