N75 Valve

Anyone changed this valve? I've been told by the mechanic that it would be worth changing this before the turbo to try and get rid of the dreaded overboost. Does anyone know how long this DIY will take and how much the valve itself is?

The N75 valve for the 2.0Tdi is located in the solenoid valve block.

Number 5 on the image below

There is a second hand one on eBay at the moment which is going for £60 buy it now. eBay link For a new one according to my (out of date) ETKA you're looking at minimum of £113
