A3 2.0 TDi 170 Sport (08 Reg)

I'm thinking of buying this model, and was just wondering if anyone has views on it?
For example, did the styling or trim change for the better on a subsequent model?

Hi Floob, i don't know much about the engine other than its more powerful than mine - 1.6 TDI, but i think the 58 reg model has a nicer front end and tail lights. its obviously a matter of taste, so not all will agree with me but i think the newer is nicer.

search 8P2 and 8P3 pics on here to see the difference.

There is some issue with the DPF , which seem to crop up quite regular.there are plenty of post on here if you do a search.
Other than that i think the lads with same model will enlighten you of any other probs .
I have a 2.0TDI sport but mines the 140 model.

Thanks for the replies - I think I may hunt around for a 58 model as this seems to have various changes including multifunction steering wheel and the facelift as you mention.
