I am new to the forum recently purchased my dolphin grey a3 1.9 TDi sport. Upgraded from a 1.3 Corsa diesel - world of difference
Just a quick query in relation to the clutch. When travelling up through gears 1 to 5, whenever i engage the clutch to change gear there is a slight knocking sensation felt on the pedal when pressing down. The feelings is similar to that you get when abs kicks in but not as strong. When slowing down, however, for example slowing down in 4th gear changing down to 3rd then 2nd I cant feel anything on the clutch!
Any ideas what this could be? From reading general forum posts on related subjects it is a characteristic of the dual mass flywheel...
