Please Help! on alloy fitment A3!!!

Hi all,

Hope you are well.

I have a 2005 2.0tdi a3 5 door. Im looking to buy some wheels but not sure if they will fit. The PCD is fine which is 5 x 112. Not sure about the offset but the wheels I'm looking at are genuine Audi a6 sline 5 spoke alloys. Tyre fitment is 245/40/18.

At a guess the offset of genuine A6 wheels are going to be somewhere around the ET43 mark. You shouldn't have any problems fitting these and they will probably sit nicer than A3 wheels (ET54) as they will be more flush with your arches.
 
I think you should be congratulated for giving up your wheels to help this guy out...it would be rude not to buy them now IMHO :)
 
I think the government should just raise the roads, save everyone having to lower their cars.
