Brake fluid quantity?!?

8P1 is due a service and going to get upgraded brake calipers fitted front and rear then too. What quantity of brake fluid would be needed to do this job please?

I think from memory it's about 1.5 litres, so get 2 litres to be safe (need to allow for it to run right through.

Are you doing it yourself? If so you need VAGCOM to flush the ABS pump as well as a pressure bleeder.

All models of A3 8P1 are 1 litre capacity (according to Autodata). 2 litres will give you enough to give it a good flush through.
