Odd question but I was just curious... is it possible to get a regular slush box automatic in the 8P A3?
Are all the auto boxes in the 3.2 / 2.0T etc A3's all DSG / S-Tronic?

Far as I know, they are all DSG, and all superb. No need to even think of another type of auto box.

In 2004 when the Sportback was launched, Audi did a 2.0FSi (non Turbo) 150ps model with a 6 speed Auto Tiptronic gearbox. This was not a DSG box. Not sure how long this model was out for or how popular it was... Not very I would of thought once the DSG was proven as at this time it was new technology...
