Build week?

I ordered my S3 a month ago and my dealer is saying they dont get build weeks anymore just a month before they are built. Is this right? Was told November delivery.

I ordered my S3 in June and 2 weeks later they told me the build week was 1st week in October!!

A lot of dealers have them in stock now. I decided to get one last Monday, went down the dealers and bought it Simples. He had another as well.
