Auto wipers broken..

So recently My auto wipers seem to be broke.

When I set the wiper stalk to 1st notch it turns on the wipers at full speed.

Then i go up one more the wipers goes back to normal 2nd position speed.

3d positio is 3rd positions normal speed.

Would this be problem with the stalk or the rain sensor?

Have you set to 1st position then started tapping the rain sensor on glass?

There is also the sensitivity clip for the first noch it has to be on low for the vipers to stay at normal speed.
The first notch works with the rain sensors....

Hpe it helps i had same issue
