Hi,

My 2005 A3 headlight lenses have stonechips and are looking a bit scruffy. What are my options with them being plastic.

1. Is there any sort of "polish" or "repair" available.
2. New lens, is it the whole unit, or can you replace the cover. How much do they cost.

Both sides needed.

You may be able to get rid of some of it with a DA polisher if you knew what you were doing, but other than that they will need replacing. Standard headlight units from breakers aren't mega money....

Is it a case of replacing the whole unit, or can you replace the lens only.

Wet and dry with 1500, 2000, 2500 then ideally rotary polish with some compound to finish. Worked wonders on my 2001 S3 lights when I did them. Before and after.
