Black Grille has arrived, questions regarding number plate

Hi

Got my black grill in the post today (2010 S3) and have a couple of questions regarding what to do with the number plate.

1. The new grill doesn't have holes for the number plate screws, should I drill holes or get a new number plate and stick it to the grill?

2. If I drill new holes should I keep the number plate surround? I don't suppose I can keep it if I decide to stick it.
