Audi A3 to Seat Leon front seats?

Hi there, would anybody know for sure if the front seats from an A3 would fit in a seat leon? Ive been told yes but not too sure. I ask because I have the seats from my 2007 A3 sportback lying around and my girlfriends brother has an 06 plate Leon with worn front seats. Told him he can have them if they fit, on ebay I see seats that say they fit the A3, Leon and Toledo I think its called. Dont really want to take his seats out to find my ones wont fit.

Any help would be great.

If it's a mk2 (1P) Leon I'm fairly sure they fit.

yeah should fit, as they are same platform, mk4golf to mk1 leon, mk5 golf to leonmk2 to the new audi a3

yeah as said mate if its the same platform then they should slot in ok

yeah will fit fine, rears should slot in perfect too
