Good luck mate, my local Audi fobbed me off when I was having problems with my air blowers inside my car - said the passenger side one wasn't broke when it clearly is. The tend to avoid confessing there are problems if your car is under warranty. I know me and a couple of other lads on here have had these kinda problems.
