How do I turn down EGR???

As title says, does anyone know how to or have any links to how turn down EGR to minimum setting with VCDS on my 2.0 tdi 140 BKD???

Ok a far as I'm aware the EGR can be turned down to a minimum (not turned OFF completely)using VCDS, I think drilling a smallish hole (2mm)in the blanking plate for EGR cooler can temporarily reduce CEL light coming on but a tuner/mapper can disable the Check Engine Light completely
 
PM NHN as he is the on site VCDS expert.
