Interior LED problem

Hi
Iv'e changed the bulbs in my car to LED's, when i turn on the headlight beams they start to flicker?
has anyone else had this problem? any fix for this?

My car is a 8p3 2010 without light package.

I had this problem .....resolved with resisters.......Used one of these:

thnx m8, do you have a less blury picture? i cant read the values :/
 
Its a 150ohm resistor mate.
